How We Use Your Information

Disclosure of Your Information
Your personal data belongs to us. 999 Learning Limited operates under the Red Snapper Group umbrella, and any personal data we collect falls within that group. Where your details are shared with Red Snapper Group, they are used only for marketing relating to police training courses and related products, and for no other purpose. We will never sell your personal data to anyone.
We use the following providers to operate Police Revision and deliver your course:
- Stripe, our payment processor, which handles your payment details on our behalf.
Thinkific, our e-learning platform provider. Thinkific stores, processes and manages your course and learner data on secure servers to provide the platform, track your progress through a course, generate engagement analytics such as video watch rates, lesson completions and quiz scores, and process transactions. Thinkific acts as a data processor on our behalf — 999 Learning Limited remains the data controller of your information, meaning Thinkific does not own your data or use it to train any public AI models. If you interact with any AI-powered features within a course, such as a teaching assistant tool, those interactions are processed solely to respond to you, and Thinkific’s sub-processors are contractually bound not to retain or train on that data.
We will only disclose your personal data beyond this where we are under a legal obligation to do so, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our customers or others.
International Transfers
Some of our providers, including Thinkific, may store or process your data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data continues to receive a standard of protection equivalent to the UK GDPR.
Where We Store Your Data
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. Where we have given you, or you have chosen, a password to access parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
